Mirros made from plastic spoons.
This one is great and it is something you can actually use as home decor. The tutorial is actually very easy and the instructions are very straight forward.
Items Needed:
- Plastic Spoons
- Scissors
- Hot Glue Gun/Glue Sticks
- Foam Board
- Small Mirror
- Knife
1. Start off by cutting base out of foam board. Cut it out using a combination of Xacto knife and scissors.
2. Find the center of the circle, and place store bought mirror and traced around it so you would have an idea of how far to come down with spoons.
3. Cut your spoon heads and start gluing them out your outside ring. Hot glue works great, dries fast and holds the spoons on the foam board. Continue until you have all the area covered, overlapping your line you previously drew to outline the mirror.
4. After all spoons were glued and mirror was protected, take them outside and spray-paint with your favorite color and let it dry.
5. Your fabulous flower spoon mirror is ready!!!
